Responsible for candidate Engagement, Sourcing, Scheduling, Documents collection, Offer release and Onboarding
Good to have knowledge in Taleo
should have good communication skills
should be good in excel and good knowledge in pivot tables, vlook ups
Responsible for post offer follow-ups, ensuring candidate onboard and work with Business on back up plan and Hirings
