Job Description

The Dealer Development Executive is responsible for the ongoing development of the companys Dealer network, Distributor Handling and acts as a Business Management to support ongoing Dealer development of their business activities.

Protects the image of the Company and its brands by ensuring its Dealer organization provides the facilities and service (the ultimate customer experience) that our Companys customers are entitled to and expect.

Responsibilities leads regular reviews and updates of the motor Cycle brands Distributor Handling, Dealer Standards including Corporate Identity manuals for Dealers and operational departments, Monitors actual Dealer centers situations and conducts audits & meetings as required.

Leads regular reviews and updates of the quality management system (Quality Management in the Automotive Industry) For the Company and conducts audits & meetings as required.

In cooperation with the Branch Manager ensures that corrective action plans are communicated and implemented relating to Dealer Standards, CRM, Distributor Handling and Quality Management. Establishes a set of general and specific procedures for the appointment and/ or relocation of Dealer Etc

Job Specification:
1. Any engineering or Any UG & PG with 4 to 10yrs of relevant Dealer Development / New Dealer Appointment / New Distributor Appointment.
2. Must have good interpersonal skills.
3. Pleasant personality with good communication skills
4. Ability to work under pressure
5. Ability to interact effectively and in a supportive manner with persons of all backgrounds.
6. Local Area Language Mandatory**
Knowledge: Knowledge on Network Expansion
Skill: Good Interpersonal Skills with Market
CTC Hike: Negotiable
