Hyderabad: A man caught his wife with her boyfriend in a compromising position at her residence in Chandanagar near Nagole. The husband reported the L.B. Nagar police who arrested the woman as well as her paramour on Friday.
As per a report by Telangana Today, the complainant, N Anil Kumar is a resident of Amberpet and was living alone after he and his wife approached the court for divorce and the case is still going on, police had informed.
On Friday evening, Anil went to her house to meet their two children when he saw her with another person in the bedroom. He alerted the neighbours who then alerted the police.
“Based on his complaint and eye-witnesses, a case under Section 497 (adultery) of the Indian Penal Code was registered,” police said.
