Hyderabad: Toddler Mohammed Sajid die of suffocation in locked car

Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, a two-year-old boy suffocated to death in a car parked outside his home.

According to Deccan Chronicle reports, the incident occurred in Rajendranagar mandal under Narsingi police station.

The deceased has been identified as Mohammed Sajid son of Mohammed Ameen Miya, a ward member of the Peerancheruvu gram panchayat in Rajendranagar mandal.

As per the sources in the village, Sajid’s father was not there at the time of the incident. He parked his car and went outside.

Sajid was playing in his father’s parked car. The door was not locked and the kid has entered the vehicle while playing. He got locked from inside and died of suffocation.

The incident came to light when the boy’s mother who was busy elsewhere began looking for the toddler, she found him in an unconscious state lying inside the car.

No complaint has been lodged by the boy’s parents and they hurriedly performed last rites on Saturday.
