Hyderabad: A youth who was sexually exploiting the sister of his friend since 2015 keeping her in his house, made a false promise to marry her. He was also using her ATM Card to get money. When she insisted for marriage, he deceived her. She approached South Zone Police and registered a complaint. She was sent to Bharosa Center (a wing of CCS police) where she made a complaint of sexual harassment by him. Kamatipura police registered a case under IPC section 420 (cheating) and IPC section 376 (rape). A case was also registered against him under SC/ST Act.
The girl told ACP of Charminar police, Mr. K. Ashok Chakravarti that in addition to sexual exploitation, the youth also abused her in the name of her caste. The youth was arrested and presented in the court.
