Position: IBM Rational Performance testing engineer
Experience: 3-6 Years

Skills Required:
Should have IBM Rational Performance Testing experience
Good to have hands on experience in any of the performance testing tools like JMeter, Load Runner or any other Performance tools (NOT MANDATORY)
Must have good communication skills
Must have good interpersonal skills
