Hyderabad: Nand Kishore Agarwal claimed ownership on Wakf property of Nana Bagh and approached the court. The court dismissed his petition. Despite this, he was continuing constructions on 150 square yards land. Recently, it was proved that it is a Wakf property. Wakf Board issued notices to 60 illegal occupants and 20 more notices have to be issued to the illegal occupants.
Mr. Mohammed Asadullah, CEO of Wakf Board sent officials who stopped further constructions.
