Job Description:
Windows OS management -Solving windows day to day user issues, joining to AD, encryption etc
log a call to Dell in case of hardware issues
Restore/format OS in the laptop
Log a call to Apple service partner in case of hardware issues
Restore/format OS in the laptop
Linux basic support in terms of Imaging, networks issues, antivirus issues, encryption etc.
Restore/format OS in the laptop
Basic networking knowledge like DHCP,DNS, subnet mask
Coordinate with Network team in case any issues
Day to day maintenance or solving issues
Adding new vc room if required
Printer issues
provide accessories to users if required
Buy accessories, let vendor manager know in case any thing required
Asset inventory: Make new laptop/device entry, Assign to users/projects, Update asset details,
Laptop leasing return: Help vendor manager to send the laptop to leasing company on time, Secure image
Handle user tickets(in Zendesk system) : Assigning ticket to right team, Solve user issues Deploystudio: Upload new images on server, Solve DS issues, VPN, Help users to set up VPN, solve VPN issues, Support over phone or remote support if required, Sometime user work from home, Provide support to user in case its required.
EXP: 2-4yrs
CTC: upto 3.5LPA
