End to end recruitment/Staffing, recruitment utilizing various sourcing methods like Web portals (i.e. Naukri.com, Times Jobs, Monster) Screening & short-listing candidates profile as per the requirements of clients. Screening/Head hunting on job portal, profile matching with JD Mass mailing Job posting. Good at technology sourcing (IT and IOTC/ITES/Infra). Coordinating with candidates for interview & conducting telephonic interview before short listing candidates. Interacting with candidate, doing initial screening. Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job role. Good convincing skills, salary negotiation skills.
Need resources with contract/contract hire staffing experience with good Communication skills.
Salary:INR 1,50,000 – 4,00,000 P.A
