2-3 years of Technical Quality experience.
Technical Support background
Should possess experience in to international Voice process.
Preferably ISP domain.
Internal/external call calibration (Technical)
Feedback, Coaching, Mentoring
Call monitoring, call auditing
Look from tech support background. If not ISP, s/he must be from technical background.
1. Excellent English spoken and written communications must be clearly understood.
2. Should have basic knowledge on Troubleshooting and ISP Telecom process..
