*Strong Individual Contributor, Sourcing and screening candidates through sourcing techniques which include Self- created databank, referral generation, own network of contacts, Extensive Networking, and Online Resume Mining using Boolean strings and posting jobs (naukri.com and other job portal), mass mailing, references, advertisements, Internal Database, to find candidates.
*Conducting Technical Interviews in coordination with the Client and Candidate.
*Follow up with candidates for interviews and joining, relationship Management through follow-ups with the candidates also with clients.
*Handling Niche Skills with creative sourcing.
*Ability to effectively lead and handle multiple assignments with efficiency.
*Strong technical/business acumen and understanding of technical requirements.
*Strong experience in hiring the candidates for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent placements for all IT Requirements.
*Shortlisting candidates with highest accuracy.
*Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
