The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) will be hosting the 65th All India Police Athletic Championship-2016 at Ganti Mohana Chandra Balayogi Stadium at Gachibowli from September 3 to 7, said the Additional Director General –CISF, Dharmendra Kumar here today.
Addressing the media in connection with All India Police Athletic Championship, he informed that the championship is being conducted every year under the aegis of the All India Police Sports Control Board by a Police organisation in rotation with the objective of fostering better relations among the police organizations while encouraging a healthy competition in the field of sports. Dharmendra Kumar stated that the Championship will bring together athletes from all the States and Central organizations of the nation and provide them with a platform to showcase their talents. (NSS)
