All India Tahaffuz-e-Shariat Conference against Uniform Civil Code

Hyderabad: Mr. Mohammed Mushtaq Malik President Tahreek Muslim Shabban said that All India Tahaffuz-e-Shariat will hold conference in Hyderabad city against Uniform Civil Code to protect Islamic Shariah.

A meeting was held on Saturday, at 10:30 am, at Shimla Garden , Nalgonda X-road in which Sunni, Deobandi, Shia, Barelvi, Ahl-e-Hadeeth, Mehdavia, Bawaheer and other scholars, clerics, representatives of all apolitical parties, Jamat-e-Islami, Jamiat Ulama, Tahreek Muslim Shabban, Anjuman Husamia and others participated.

Communal forces are trying to abolish Shariah laws of Nikah, Talaq, khula, maintenance and inheritance by imposing Uniform Civil Code. Muslims whichever sect they belong to are united against Uniform Civil Code. The conference aims at unitedly raising voice against imposing Uniform Civil Code.
