Indian Cellular Association Delegation visits Sri City


A delegation led by Pankaj Mohindroo, National President, Indian Cellular Association (ICA) and Chairman, Fast Track Task Force (FTTF) visited Sri City on Saturday.

Ravindra Sannareddy, Managing Director, Sri City gave a warm reception and briefed the delegation on the world-class infrastructure that was set up Sri City and the industrial progress achieved. S.S. Rawat, Secretary, Industries Department and Sidharth Jain, Collector, Chittoor district were present on behalf of Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Following the briefing session Pankaj Mohindroo and all other officials went round the campus and had a close glimpse of the works in progress at Foxconn Company.

Speaking after visiting the campus Pankaj Mahendroo expressed satisfaction at the available infrastructure and business-friendly ambience.

Indian Cellular Association (ICA) is the apex body of the Indian mobile industry comprising of brand owners, technology providers, manufacturers, national distributor, retailers and eminent consumers of mobile handsets. Pankaj Mohindroo was instrumental in establishing and setting up the roadmap for manufacturing of mobile and components industry in India. His policy recommendations and advisories have contributed immensely to making India as one of the biggest and most vibrant markets for mobile handsets in the world. (INN)
