Job Requirement: Techwave Inside Sales Associate

– 2-5 years of successful (I.e., goal achievement) inside sales , outbound calling experience
– Fluent in English, both oral and written.
– Ability to take direction, instruction, and guidance from Regional Sales Managers, Outside Sales and other (U.S.) sales executives
– Fluent with technology – ability to understand Techwave solutions and deliverables
– Ability to create a strong connection with the prospect
– High level of energy, optimism , self-motivation and competiveness
– Persuasive and persistent
– Ability to research prospects, identify key decision makers and set up appointments for our sales team, especially: ability to qualify opportunities (e.g., asking open-ended questions, gauging prospects level of enthusiasm, etc.)
– Self-starter / Hunter mentality
– Excellent email and social media skills
– Ability to execute assigned outbound calling campaigns designed to acquire qualified leads & drive new account acquisition
– Nimble CRM system user experience a plus
