Inter-faith prayers held on the occasion of Telangana Foundation Day

Programmes conducted by Minority Welfare Department began with special prayers for welfare and development of people and state at places of worship. Blood donation camps were held along with prayers at Makkah Masjid, Gurudwara Saheb Ameerpet and CSI Church Secunderabad by religious personalities. Salatul Hajah was offered at historical Makkah Masjid led by Maulana Hafez and Qari Mohammed Rizwan Quraishi Imam and Khateeb. Supplications were made for rain of mercy, peace, development, prosperity, public welfare and government. On the occasion Secretary Minority Welfare Omer Jaleel, Chief Executive Officer Waqf Board Mohammed Asadullah and superintendent Makkah Masjid Mohammed Abdul Qadeer Siddiqui attended the prayer.

Lunch was arranged by Minority Welfare Department for the children of Anees ul Ghurba. Secretary Minority Welfare, Managing Director Minority Finance Corporation Shafiullah, Special Officer Hajj committee Prof. S A Shukoor and Chief Executive Officer Waqf Board Mohammed Asadullah attended the flag hoisting ceremony.
