Hyderabad: A three member Iranian delegation led by Ayatullah Mohammed Hasan Zamani, General Secretary, International Relations of Madaris, Iran visited State Achives and saw 400 year old Persian documents belonging to Asif Jahi period.
Dr. Zareena Parveen, Director and Mr. Mohammed Abdul Rakheeb, Asst. Director of Achives welcomed the delegation. Dr. Zareena Parveen told the delegation that from 1724 to 1824, the official language of Asafia Dynasty was Persian. All the 3 crore Persian documents are preserved in Archives.
