Anti-corruption Bureau has found serious irregularities during investigations in Shaadi Mubarak and bank-linked loan-cum-subsidy scheme. It is said that proofs of nexus between some officials of Minority Welfare and brokers have been discovered.
Director Anti Corruption Bureau Abdul Khayyum Khan has galvanised teams in city and district to find out irregularities in schemes. These teams are busy in verification of applications. Although anti corruption bureau had begun enquiry into Shaadi Mubarak Scheme, but irregularities in loan scheme have also been disclosed. Serious irregularities are said to have been found in both the schemes in Medak, Adilabad and other places. Forms of loan scheme that should have been in the government offices were found at the houses of private persons.
