ISIS operatives are not Muslims: JUH

Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind General Secretary Moulana Mahmood Madani on Sunday said that the ISIS operatives and their sympathizers were not Muslims and their activities had nothing to do with Islam.

Speaking to media persons here, Moulana Mahmood Madani said that the law enforcement agencies in India were confused and misguided on ISIS and therefore, a few officials were wrongly trying to link Muslims with the ISIS operator. He said that the ISIS followers were terrorists and therefore, they should not be linked with Muslims. He said Indian Muslims were totally against ISIS and all other terror groups. He said that the security agencies would be doing more damage to the country if they wrongly link local Muslims with these terror outfits.

Moulana Mahmood Madani said that the Jamiat-ul-Ulema-e-Hind has been trying to end this confusion by exposing the real face of ISIS. He also advised Muslim youth to be cautious against ISIS and other terror outfits who are trying to defame Islam with their terrorism and violence. (INN)
