Job Description:
Duties and responsibility:
Knowledge of oil & and/or petrochemical plant maintenance or process plant operations.
Experience in Metal training & development course design, training manual development, testing & evaluation, and conducting classroom training in oil refining or petrochemical training center and on-job-training in plant operations.
Knowledge of job certification program.
Knowledge and capability to train and enforce safety awareness among the company work force.
Qualifications:
BS Degree in Engineering with 5 years of experience or High school or Industrial College Metal Diploma or Petro Rabigh
Training Center certification, with 5 years of work experience in Training and Career Development and a minimum 10 years work experience in actual Maintenance of Refining & Petro Chemical plants
High school or Industrial College Metal diploma or Petro Rabigh Training Center certification, with 10 years of work experience in On-Job-Training Mentoring & On-Job Task Evaluation and a minimum 10 years work experience in actual Maintenance of Refining & Petrochemical plants
