Job Description:
6 to 9 years of experience in analysis, design, development & implementation of quality in Big Data process by using Hadoop Concepts and Frame work.
Strong Database skills, experience in writing queries, Data Mining and exposure to Hadoop ETL development are preferred.
At least, 3 to 5 years hands on experience in Hadoop and working knowledge of Hive, Hbase, Sqoop and any database like Teradata/DB2/Oracle/ETL tools.
Expertise in HDFS architecture, Hadoop framework – Map Reduce, Hive, PIG, Sqoop, Flume & data warehouse concepts
Proficient in Hadoop ecosystem and Hadoop data processing.
Good understanding of RDBMS principles, Shared nothing, MPP architecture.
Hands on performance tuning, query optimization, file and error-handling, restart mechanism
Experience in UNIX Shell Scripting
Expierence in translating complex functional and technical requirements into detailed design
Knowledge of workflow/schedulers like Oozie.
Nice to have the following:
ETL process by using Teradata concepts and utilities Experience in Consumer Banking is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills apart from being a strong team player
Experience: 6 to 9 Yrs.
