1. Details of the Position being interviewed for:

* Employment Domain: Customer Support for Australian Client.

* Job Profile: Customer Service Executive.

* Experience:

Looking for candidates with work experience between 0-4 Years in BPO industry.

* International Calling for inbound process is must for experience candidates.

* Work timings and Shifts:

* Australian Process with 12:30 am to 09:30 am and 8:30 am to 05:30 pm
*Shifts and Week offs (Rotational monthly / Quarterly)

2. Job Description:

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquires,concerns and request.
Deal directly with customers by telephone.
Direct customer inquiries to appropriate consultant.
Probe to understand customers query and direct call to appropriate department.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Set up new customer accounts.
Escalate/Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Tracking records of customer interactions.
Record details of inquiries, comments
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
