Anti Corruption Bureau sleuths caught Sri R V Subramaniam, Junior Assistant Tahsildar office, Reddigudem mandal, Krishna district, red handed on February 16, 5:30 pm, when he was accepting Rs. 10000 from the complainant. He was accepting the bribe from the complainant for gaining official favour for obtaining birth certificate behind schedule. The amount was recovered from his shirt pocket. Following positive result in chemical test, the official was produced before ACB Court, Vijayawada.
