Jugnoo’s ‘Beat the Heat’ campaign to offer users sweet treat of their choice


New Delhi : Making customer engagement a sweetened affair, Jugnoo, one of the leading app based on-demand transport facilitator, has announced the launch of its refreshing ‘Beat the Heat’ campaign.

As a part of the campaign, Jugnoo offers its lucky users a sweet treat of their choice at their doorstep free of cost. Scheduled on March 12th 2016, Thursday, the campaign starts at 1pm till 3pm.

Elucidating further on the campaign, Samar Singla, founder and CEO, Jugnoo said: “This campaign is a part of our innovative customer engagement endeavours. It is a very simple concept, where users request for the treat and if he or she is lucky, a Jugnoo driver will deliver a chilled and refreshing treat within minutes at their doorstep.”

Simplifying the process for its customers, Jugnoo has created an exclusive ‘Beat the Heat’ icon on its app. Patrons willing to request for the treat are simply required to tap on the icon and the treat reaches them in no time if they get lucky. The selection of the winners will be made by a back-end algorithm. The algorithm is designed to pick the most active users and equal number of winners from each city. Furthermore, it also has other technical criteria including a certain percentage of randomness.

Jugnoo makes it certain that its customers relish its efforts by offering a wide range of delicacies to choose from. It could be anything from a Belgian Chocolate ice-cream from a fancy restaurant to those lip smacking rasmalais from the local vendors or the best Milkshakes or Kulfis in the locality.

Jugnoo, a Chandigarh based company, was established in the year 2014. It has ventured into the industry as one of the leading auto-rickshaw aggregators with 35,000 people transacting per day, at a very nascent stage. It is a mobile app offering one of the largest networks of auto-rickshaws in India. It has over 10,000 autos empanelled under the brand at present.
