JVV demands resumption of land allotted to Bathini Bros

Demanding that the State government take back five acre land allotted to the Bathini Brothers to grow fish medicine saplings, Jana Vignana Vedika (JVV) has made it clear that there was no scientific proof in the fish medicine to be distributed on Mrugashira Karte day every year by Bathini Brothers at Exhibition Grounds.

Speaking to the media here on Sunday, JVV leaders said fish medicine was a superstitious belief and demanded that the government examine the fish medicine at Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT). They also said they came to know that there are no ingredients, which would reduce Asthma, in fish medicine being distributed to Asthma patients. (NSS)
