K. Nandini Singla appointed India envoy to Portugal

New Delhi: K. Nandini Singla, presently Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to Portugal.

The 1997-batch IFS officer is expected to take up her assignment shortly.

Meanwhile, Shubhdarshini Tripathi, presently Deputy Chief of Mission in Berlin, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of lndia to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

The 1994-batch IFS officer is expected to take up her assignment shortly. (ANI)
