Kabir Khan: ‘Artistic’ collaboration will improve Indo-Pak situation

Karachi: Filmmaker Kabir Khan has revealed that he feels “artistic” collaboration between India and Pakistan will help in resolving their cross-border disputes.

The ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ director, who was recently in Karachi to speak at Marketing Association of Pakistan’s annual marketing conference, MARCON, urged the Pakistani film-makers to come to India to make films, reports the Express Tribune.

“Politics indeed is a hindrance in this exchange and I think our governments should ensure the interests of the artist community are protected,” he added.

Earlier, the 45-year-old director visited Lahore for his movie ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan,’ which was hugely appreciated in Pakistan. (ANI)
