Mumbai: Social activist Anna Hazare today condoled the death of former President A P J Abdul Kalam and described him as his inspiration.
In his condolence message, Hazare said, “I am saddened by the news of Kalam’s death. His demise is a loss for the country. He was my inspiration and a guide to the youths.”
“We had met him at the time of an RTI Act meeting. After that I had met him a number of times in Delhi. He was my inspiration,” the Gandhian said.
