Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today congratulated Saina Nehwal, the Hyderabad-based badminton ace for being the runner-up in China Open badminton championship. The Indian shuttler Saina set a record of sorts by reaching the China Open competition finals twice. She was defeated by Chinese Ace Li Xuerui with 12-21, 15-21 points. (NSS)
