Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao congratulated Cartoonist Pamathi Shankar for winning of World press Cartoon Grand Prix award.
The Award was received in Portugal on 11th July. Shankar met Chief Minister in Camp office. He appreciated him and said it is proud for Telangana State. He wished him for some more achievements in future. (INN)
