Hyderabad : Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Wednesday expressed shock and grief over loss of lives in a road accident near Parigi of the Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.
“CM KCR expressed shock and grief over loss of lives in a road accident near Parigi of RR Dist. Offered condolences to the bereaved families,” the Chief Minister’s Office tweeted.
The tweet also reads that Rao has instructed the Ranga Reddy District Administration to extend immediate relief and assistance to the injured.
As many as eight people died and over 20 injured after a truck overturned.
The injured were rushed to nearby hospitals for immediate treatment. (ANI)
