KCR Iftar at Nizam College: Traffic diversion to hit commuters

Hyderabad: Traffic restrictions have been imposed in some parts of the city on July 12 for the Iftar to be organised at Nizam College grounds by the State govt.

The traffic curb will be imposed between 6 pm to 8 pm. According to City Police Commissioner M Mahender the traffic from AR Petrol Pump junction, traffic will not be allowed towards PJR Statue and will be diverted to Nampally or Ravindra Bharathi.

In a press release, he stated that at AR Petrol Pump Junction the vehicular traffic would not be allowed towards BJR statue and would be diverted towards Ravindra Bharathi or Nampally.

Traffic coming from Abids and Gunfoundry side would not be allowed towards BJR Statue and Basheerbagh Junction and it would be diverted at Gunfoundry SBH towards Chapel road, traffic coming from Basheerbagh Junction and going towards General Post Office in Abids would be diverted at Basheerbagh junction towards Hyderguda and King Koti road.

Traffic coming from Old MLA Quarters will be diverted at Old MLA Quarters. Traffic coming from Liberty towards Basheerbagh junction will be diverted at Liberty junction towards Himayathnagar and similarly motorists coming from Traffic Control Room towards Basheerbagh junction will be diverted at PCR towards Nampally road.
