Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao called on Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan at Raj Bhavan here on Tuesday.
The Chief Minister reportedly briefed Narasimhan on the grand celebrations being organised for the Telangana Formation Day on June 2 and also invited him for the same. He also discussed the latest situation in the State, especially the measures taken by the State Government to deal with drought situation.
KCR and Narasimhan held discussions on the ongoing controversy over Telangana’s irrigation projects and the objections being raised by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Leader of Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. (INN)
