TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy has alleged that the TRS government did nothing for the benefit of the Christian community.
TPCC organized Christmas celebrations on a grand note on Wednesday at Gandhi Bhavan under the aegis of TPCC Christian Wing and TPCC SC Cell. Uttam cut the Christmas cake and extended greetings to the Christians. Speaking on this occasion, Uttam termed the Congress party as the one and only secular party, and added that the people of all communities lived peacefully, bravely and liberally only under Congress rule.
He ridiculed the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao saying that the latter didn’t start the construction of Christian Building, though he laid foundation stone for it one year back. He explained that all sections of the people walked in the path of development and welfare route during Congress rule.
TPCC SC Cell Chairman Krishna, Minority Cell Chairman Fakruddin, leaders Deepak John, Charan and others participated in the program. (NSS)
