KCR okays 1100 more houses for Nizamabad

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today agreed to sanction 1100 more houses for poor living under Nizamabad Assembly segment. In addition to 400 houses already allotted under House-for-poor scheme, the Chief Minister took a decision to allot 1100 more houses to the district.

Nizamabad MP K Kavitha, along with party MLA from the town B Ramesh and TRS Jagityal in-charge Dr Sanjay, called on the Chief Minister at the Secretariat here and urged him to provide additional houses and funds for other amenities.

Responding favorably to their appeal, the Chief Minister promised to offer houses under Chief Minister’s quota and adequate funds for underground drainage in Nizamabad. KCR also told them that he would visit Nizamabad and Jagityal soon. (NSS)
