KCR to visit New Delhi on April 23

Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao will visit New Delhi on April 23 to attend the NITI Ayog conference to be chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The Chief Minister will submit a memorandum to the Prime Minister seeking his support for the Telangana Reservation Bill passed by the State Assembly enhancing quota for Muslims and Scheduled Tribes. He is likely to urge the Prime Minister to include the Bill in the 9th Schedule of Constitution.

KCR is also likely to interact with Chief Ministers of other States on the issue. (INN)
