KCR vows to provide reservations to Muslims

Hyderabad: Replying to the Governor’s speech, Mr. KCR reiterated that TRS Govt. is determined to provide 12% reservation to Muslims and these reservations would be given not on the basis of religion but on economic grounds. He mentioned that TRS Govt. had constituted Sudhir Commission of Inquiry which visited Telangana districts and submitted its report. In addition to it, there are reports of Sacchar Committee and Justice Ranganatha Mishra Committee. The report of the State BCs Commission will also be submitted in this regard. These days, BCs Commission is engaged in touring the districts. After getting its report, the bill for 12% reservations would be presented in Assembly. To support the case, the precedent of Tamil Nadu Govt. would be quoted. He criticized the opposition parties and said that the welfare schemes launched by TRS Govt. have no parallel in the country.
