Knowledge & Collaboration Manager

Job Description:

Champion the use of online platforms for improved knowledge and information sharing among Category, Country and Enablement functions across NBS Procurement. Create an environment where collaboration can thrive across global, regional and local teams. Ensure the regular and timely availability of internal and external knowledge/information for use by our 1000 NBS Procurement associates.
Advises on structure and strategy of NBS Procurement knowledge sharing platforms, acting as an internal consultant to Procurement managers with collaboration needs . Empowers associates within the categories, regions and enablement to manage their various online tools, resources and content. This is done through training, education, coaching and communications . Measures and monitors adoption and usage of online platforms, putting in place programs and initiatives that increase usage and collaboration between Procurement associates. Oversees the relationships with third-party providers of Procurement specific intelligence (eg. Procurement Leaders, CEB, CASME). Ensuring their offering is known and available to the Procurement community . Coordinates access and visibility of external information sources for use and application among Procurement associates/teams Finds ways to proactively build a sense of community among NBS Procurement via the use of knowledge and collaboration tools Supports the enablement team to promote common ways-of-working across NBS Procurement, setting standards and ensuring practices are common and consistent globally. Ensures common and consistent approach to knowledge management across NBS Procurement Subject matter expert for SharePoint; NBS Procurements knowledge sharing platform. Performas basic design and development requirements within the tool . Evaluates knowledge sharing tools (eg. Yammer) for use and applicability within Procurement, in the process collaborates closely with corporate communications and IT to leverage Novartis-wide solutions . Aligns and coordinates activities with the global IT team managing SharePoint (ie. NI Collaboration).
