Komati demands CBI probe into Nayeem case

Demanding that the State government order CBI inquiry into the Nayeem case, Nalgonda MLA Komatireddy Venkat Reddy made it clear that he had no relations with Nayeem gang.

Speaking to the media here on Friday, Komatireddy alleged that the Chief Minister was publishing false news against him in Chief Minister’s own newspaper. Stating that the government has to initiate action against him if the government found that Komatireddy brothers committed mistakes, he said that Minister G Jagdeesh Reddy was misguiding the Chief Minister.

Alleging that the Chief Minister transferred Intelligence IG Shivdhar Reddy, who was working sincerely, Komatireddy lashed out at the TRS party saying that it was indulging in mean politics. “The ruling party was not digesting our political popularity. We give top priority for public service”, he said. “We are against blackmailing and intimidating politics from the beginning”, he asserted and made it clear that he lived like a ‘fire’ and live even in future like a ‘fire’. He said Komatireddy brothers never indulged in illegal activities in their entire life. (NSS)
