KTR flays Oppn, Modi, seeks people support

IT and Panchayat Raj Minister KT Rama Rao today said that they could make Telugu Desam supremo and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to run away from the city as the bifurcation compelled him to shift to Vijayawada. On his campaign spree at Attapur, Rajenderanagar and Mailardevarpally areas for civic polls the minister made a reference of how bifurcation that forced the TD boss to leave Hyderabad for Vijayawada. He said not just local MLA Prakash Goud alone, the TRS made Chandrababu to leave the city he said sarcastically.

In an earlier public meeting he said that bifurcation helped both Telugu States to develop. During his road show KTR made a fervent appeal to the people to vote the TRS candidates for development. Taking a dig at the TD national general secretary N Lokesh comments that his grandfather NT Rama Rao and father Chandrababu developed the city, KTR said that such leaders are indulging in carrying out a false campaign against the government which is implementing many welfare schemes. Though the Congress, TD and its ally BJP leaders making false promises the voters of the greater limits will stand by the ruling party he hoped. He slammed the previous governments for not developing the city for sixty years.

Now that the TRS came to power for 18 months and making all efforts to address the problems he said. If we get majority seats and Mayor Seat the development will take pace he said. He also minced no words against Prime Minister Narendra Modi for neglecting Telangana and Hyderabad. Modi did give nothing for Amaravathi the capital of AP and will not give anything for Telangana or Hyderabad, he charged. The six decades long misrule made no significant development and it is time to give the TRS a chance to hoist pink flag on the GHMC he said. (NSS)
