IT Minister K Tarakarama Rao had a bitter experience here on Monday when ABVP activists obstructed his convoy at Prathima Multiflex and mobbed him demanding that stern action against those behind the leakage of EAMCET-II paper. The protestors also demanded that the Minister not to conduct EAMCET again. However, police rushed to the spot and whisked them away.
On the other hand, BJYM activists tried to obstruct the State-level municipal meeting at Karimnagar. The BJYM activists staged a dharna at the meeting place — Prathima Multiplex – and demanded stern action against the culprits behind the leakage. The police took them into custody and shifted them to police station. (NSS)
