Hyderabad: Prof. S.A. Shukoor while addressing the Eid Milap function organized by Ladies wing of Idara-e-Adabiyat-e-Urdu advised ladies to compile Cultural History.
He told that there are many books on history but the books on cultural history are rare.
He highlighted the activities of various sections of the institutions and told that ladies wing is very active. Mr. Avadesh Rani narrated very interesting jokes. Dr. Ashraf Rafi, former Professor and Head of the Dept. of Urdu, OU also narrated some jokes after delivering her presidential speech. Ms. Nikhat Ara Shaheen conducted the meeting which was held on 27th July from 11 am to 1 pm on Wednesday.
