Job Description

Strategic planning with the leadership team to achieve goal & objective.
Understand key mission mode project and align the team to work on the solution.
Relationship mapping with apex team to understand the project objective.
Work with Government department & consultant for creating DPR, RFP, RFQ.
Developing new accounts and maintaining relationship with existing clients.
Cordial work culture within the team and right spirit.
Strong leadership, management, oral/written communication, interpersonal, intuitive, and analysis skills; thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments.
Marketing and New Business Development for E-Governance Projects.
Bid preparation, coordination with internal stake holders like legal, technical team etc
Managing tendering process, preparing and responding RFPs & RFQs.

Salary:INR 5 Lacs Per Annum upto 13 Lacs Per Annum

Education-

PG:Any Postgraduate – Any Specialization
Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required
Hands on experience in dealing with Government, PSU & Large Enterprise Accounts across PAN India.
An enterprising leader with proven dexterity in leading and directing personnel towards accomplishment of corporate goal.
Establishing Relationship with CXO level.
Ability to formulate and implement tactical initiatives to achieve corporate strategic goals.
Possess credibility & personal integrity that leaves lasting impressions with the Corporate Decision Makers.
Effective communicator & negotiator with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
Experience in preparing DPR, RFP & EOI for Large Enterprise & Government Requirements.
Experience in handling multi location web based software implementation project for Large Enterprise & Government Organizations.
