LG G5 smartphone launched at Rs. 52,990

Gurgaon: South Korean multinational conglomerate corporation LG Corporation on Wednesday unveiled its G5 flagship smartphone in India at Rs. 52,990.

The highly anticipated smartphone comes with a sleek metal-uni-body featuring a slide-out battery and a modular type design that gives users a great experience.

Speaking on the occasion Kim Ki Wan, Managing Director, LG electronics India said: ” With the launch of G5, we are living up to our promise of innovation for a better life, LG has always brought something really innovative to the world of smartphones. This year yet again, we have come up with a very unique concept of modular smart phone. This phone will certainly amaze the smartphone users with its ability to be transformed into multiple devices like digital camera, HiFi player and more.”

The G5 sports a 16-megapixel rear camera with laser autofocus, and a 8-megapixel front camera. It is powered by a 2800mAh removable battery, measures 149.40×73.90×7.70mm and weighs 159 grams.

The dual-SIM Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow-based LG G5 sports a 5.30-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) display with a pixel density of 554ppi.

The smartphone would come in silver, titan, gold and pink colour variants and is available for sale exclusively on Flipkart. (ANI)
