Description:
This position will support thedesign/development of Sheet metal, Weldments and exposure to Castings for Automotive, Off-Highway Industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
At least has 3 years of experience in Creo 2.0.
Proficient in Advanced part modeling, modeling of Sheet metal and Large Assemblies/Weldments like Chassis, Buckets, Frames etc.,.
Large Assembly Management.
Very good knowledge in Sheet metal-manufacturing process, fabrication/welding processes.
Excellent in creating Sheet metal and large assembly drawings with GD&T independently.
Knowledge in Casting modeling/processes including Sand Castings, HPD, LPD, Continuous castings would be advantage.
Knowledge in Surfacing tool would be advantage.
Very Good Written & verbal communication.
Primary Skills
Knowledge of creating Flat pattern, Punch form , Die form, DXF files, Bend order Tables for Sheetmetal Parts
Secondary Skills
Knowledge of Casting manufacturing processes.
