Designation: US IT Recruiter (Night Shifts)
Work Location- Secunderabad
Educational Requisites: Graduate/Post Graduate(for people with Excellent Communication skills graduation is not mandatory)
Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills / 3 years Experience as an IT Recruiter/Sales
Willing to work in Night shift
Responsibilities:
Job postings on various job boards like Dice, Carrier Builder, Monster, LinkedIN.
Involved in scheduling interviews.
Clear Bench List in fast Manner
Responsible for handling requirements from US based IT Clients.
Understanding the sourcing needs of the client and fulfilling them.
Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
Negotiation, Background Screening, Interfacing with the client.
Be creative to identify avenues to search candidates and keep active database ready for client requirements.
Essential Skills:
Excellent Communication Skills,
Proficient with US Tax Terms like W2, Corp 2 Corp, 1099.
Work Authorization,
Interviewing Techniques & IT Terminologies.
Should have good writing skills as well.
Good with MS Office and typing.
Interview Timings/Schedule
Please note interviews will be conducted between the times noted below. As noted in the job description this is india night shift (US business hours) job requirement and interviews will be conducted accordingly.
7:00 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST
