*Attrition Analysis and sharing data and corrective measures with Operations to control attrition.
*Employee event planning and activities.
*Coordinate all Employee Relations activities to include administering HR policies and company sponsored employee programs
*Conducting exit interviews.
*Should flexible with the working hours
*Knowledge of HR concepts, tools, techniques, and practice Ability to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
*Ability to speak and present information clearly, concisely and effectively to large and small groups.
