Bangalore: A male police personal along with two other men was caught on camera in Karnataka beating a woman in the middle of the road.
The video features a male constable beating a woman with a stick. He is soon joined by two other men in civil dress.
The woman is heard screaming with pain, but the three refuse to relent. Moreover, none from the onlookers comes for the rescue of the woman.
Though the fault of woman is not known yet, male police have no legal right to physically assault a woman.
