Ghaziabad: A 30-year-old man was killed by his brother and wife who were in an illicit relationship, police said today.
Satyendra was killed by his wife Asha and brother Neeraj on Saturday, they said.
“Few months ago, Satyendra had caught Asha and Neeraj in a compromising position. Since then he started beating Asha over petty issues. After having a heated argument on Friday, Asha connived with Neeraj and the duo bettered him to death with a blunt object,” said Superintendent of Police (rural area) Rakesh Pandey.
“They buried Satyendra s body in the jungle of Kadrabad and sprayed salt on it, so that the stink may not emanate from the body,” he added.
Acting upon a missing complaint filed by Satyendra’s father, Asha was interrogated during which she confessed to her crime, Pandey said.
“Police disintered the body from grave and sent it for the postmortem,” he said.
