New Delhi: A 30-year-old man was shot dead by unidentified persons in central Delhi’s Nabi Karim area.
The victim, Anil Kumar, owned a DVD shop and was shot late last night, police said.
Police have ruled out robbery as a motive behind Kumar being killed and suspect that it was a fallout of personal enmity.
It is also suspected that Kumar was involved in gambling and he might have been killed over a monetary dispute, police said.
Kumar was shot dead 50 metres away from his shop and sustained a bullet wound near his shoulder. He was rushed to the LNJP Hospital where he died during treatment.
Two persons are being questioned by police in connection with the case.
